Jonathan Hornkohl

Lead Pastor

Jonathan serves LakeHills Community Church as Lead Pastor after spending more than a decade in private Christian education. Prior to his appointment at LakeHills Community Church, Jon served as a high school Bible teacher in the North San Diego County Area and most recently as an Assistant Principal. Recognized for his light-hearted approach and desire to promote spiritual growth, Jon brings an encouraging and influential style of speaking to LakeHills. Jonathan is a proud graduate of Biola University, where he met his beautiful wife, Lindsey, whom he partners with in raising their three children, Jeremiah, Paisley, and Jubilee.
